We partner with established RTOs across Australia who have surplus 9B-certified training rooms. These venues are exclusive, application-ready, and available under 12–24 month agreements — giving new and expanding RTOs the space they need without the burden of a commercial lease.

After your initial enquiry, we:

  1. Review your requirements and provide a shortlist of available venues.
  2. Answer your questions and guide you through the compliance and capacity details.
  3. Co-ordinate any viewings of shortlisted venues (if required).
  4. Once you’ve chosen your venue, we prepare all documents and agreements.
  5. Deliver your full compliance documentation pack (agreement, marked floor plan, 9B certificate) so you are ASQA application-ready.

From first enquiry to moving in, we ensure the process is smooth, transparent, and aligned with your RTO’s business goals.

With Training SpaceFinder, you can hire out your 9B compliant training space under a secure, long-term 12 month agreement, with the option to extend.
